We hope everyone had a great summer! To our returning families welcome back. To our new families, we look forward to getting to know you throughout the year.
Good news! We are moving to Direct Deposit on October 1st, 2017 (optional)
Starting in October, we will be offering the option to make payments by authorized direct withdrawals. If you would like to enroll for automatic payments, please complete the attached Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement and submit it with your September payment along with a void cheque by Tuesday September 19, 2017.
Withdrawals will be processed on the first business day of the month. If you cannot commit to that time frame, please submit post dated cheques to the end of December. Thank you for your patience as we implement this new system.
Fees for September to December 2017
- JK/SK – $640.00-
- School age without lunch – $350.00
- School age with hot lunch – $460.00
Cheques should be made payable to Howard Park Children’s Centre. If you have more than one child enrolled in the centre, please submit one cheque.
Reminders
The Centre has an answering machine available 24 hours a day. Please continue to contact the Centre should your child be absent or should someone other than yourself be picking up your child(ren). You may also email the centre hpcc@interlog.com
If any of your information has changed (e.g. work numbers, cell numbers, etc.), please let Donalee know as soon as possible.
We will be taking your child outside everyday (except in extreme weather conditions). Please ensure that your child comes prepared to be outside (e.g. hats, sunscreen, etc.). Running shoes must be worn on the playground. (Please no crocks, flip flops or open-toe sandals.)
FDK children will meet in area 11 until 8:15 a.m. and then head out to the small playground. To help avoid confusion for both your child and staff when dropping off your child please be mindful of the time. Transitions are not only difficult for some children but are most often busy and chaotic. Safety is our number one concern and we would like for all our children to arrive safely at school. We ask for your co-operation and patience as the FDK staff continue to work with the School Teachers to provide the easiest and safest way.
